The NSW Department of Primary Industries has capabilities in molecular biological and recombinant DNA technologies, including: cloning; mutagenesis; DNA sequencing; bioinformatics; ELISA (enzyme linked immunosorbent assays) protein and antibody technologies; molecular phylogenetics; mapping and molecular diagnostics.
